In order to assist you, we have provided tools and resources specific to your needs as a Service Provider. All providers registered with MDM may access our online services and:
- submit claims online;
- assign payment directly to yourself or have the plan member pay you in full, with benefits assigned to them;
- update your mailing and e-mail address;
- reset your password at any time;
- sign up for direct deposit of claims payment by providing your banking information (coming soon).
To order to take full advantage of our online services for Providers, choose your Provider type from the menu on the right.
