In order to assist you, we have provided tools and resources specific to your needs as a Service Provider. All providers registered with MDM may access our online services and:

• submit claims online;
• assign payment directly to yourself or have the plan member pay you in full, with benefits assigned to them;
• update your mailing and e-mail address;
• reset your password at any time;
• sign up for direct deposit of claims payment by providing your banking information (coming soon).
